I guess sometimes I make plenty of leftovers if I know that the next day I will not have time to cook. Maybe you can let me know some great recipes that taste great or better the next day that are simple to make.

Alicia, Have you heard of Power Cooking? Use a large 12″ skillet to cook up about 3 lbs. of meat(chicken, beef or ground turkey). Seperate and create 3 meals to freeze for later.

Sloppy Joe’s: meat – chopped onion – ketchup – Smokey BBQ seasoning! So easy to pull out a zip bag from the freezer and heat up the meat. It’s really all about the prep work.
